Why don't you have fixed price lists on the site?

Every software house has a different stack, culture, and problems. We price specific sprints after a 20-minute exploratory call. Transparency is important to us, so we provide estimated costs (e.g., 12,400 PLN for a KPI system) at the start so you know if we fit your budget.

Won't developers rebel against KPIs?

They will rebel against stupid metrics. We implement KPIs tailored to code that seniors respect because they are fair and measurable. We focus on 4 key delivery indicators that realistically show contribution to a project, not just the number of hours spent in front of a monitor.

What does a culture audit look like in practice?

These are not boring surveys that no one fills out. We conduct 12 honest, anonymous interviews with key people in the team. We analyze reasons for departures over the last 14 months. In 7 business days, you get a 14-page report with a list of errors and a specific plan on what to fix so people stop fleeing to the competition.

How long does it really take to implement a metrics system?

We wrap up the full process in 19 business days. This includes analyzing current processes, workshops with leaders, and setting up reporting tools. After this time, the system works independently, and you have clear insight into how your development department is working.
