Rules of cooperation with Mosty Zarządzania
Clear regulations regarding our HR services, culture audits, and KPI systems for the IT industry.
1. Who prepared this document?
The owner of the site and service provider is Mosty Zarządzania, based in Wroclaw at 18 Świdnicka St. We have been on the market since September 2016 and since then we have helped organize processes in 143 technology companies. These regulations define what our relations with clients look like, how to order our services, and what we are responsible for, versus what you are responsible for as an IT company owner or manager.
We don't like corporate jargon, so we write specifically. If you use our site, download our reports on wages in Wroclaw, or order a KPI system from us, you agree to the following rules. If something is unclear to you, Marek Sadowski will explain it during the first 20-minute exploratory talk. We bet on transparency because without it, it is difficult to have trust in business.
2. What services do we provide?
Mosty Zarządzania focuses on four main areas. First, we design KPI systems tailored to code. We usually implement them in 19 business days. Second, we conduct workshops for IT Top Management (CTO, Leads), which last 3 intensive weekends. Third, we build teams for difficult cloud or legacy projects – here the average recruitment time for an engineer is 23 days. Fourth, we perform organizational culture audits.
Each service begins with determining the scope. We don't sell ready boxes because every software house has different problems. Before we start taking money, we must understand if we can actually help you. If we see that the problem lies outside our competence, we will say so straight out. Honesty is the foundation for us, which is why we only serve projects where we see a chance for real improvement in metrics such as turnover or sprint delivery speed.
3. Order process and implementation
Everything starts with an inquiry via the form or email to biuro@mostyzarzadzania.pl. Marek Sadowski usually replies within 2h 45min. Then we arrange a short consultation. If you decide to cooperate, we sign a document defining goals and deadlines. For example, for a culture audit, we conduct 12 honest interviews with your people and deliver a 14-page report within 7 business days with a list of errors to fix.
We require commitment from you. HR without the fluff needs hard data. If we implement KPI metrics, we will need access to your reporting systems and your tech leads' time. Without your help, we won't deliver results on the promised date. If the project completion date shifts due to your fault (e.g., lack of response to questions for 5 days), we reserve the right to change the schedule of remaining work.
4. Payments and invoices
We operate transparently. Prices for our standard projects, such as an IT KPI System for 12,400 PLN, are provided net. We issue invoices according to agreements: usually, it's a mixed model (part before start, part after delivering the report or implementing the system). The payment term is standardly 7 or 14 days from issuing the document. We do not apply hidden asterisks or additional fees you wouldn't know about before the project start.
In the case of IT recruitment, we settle based on success (Success Fee). If our candidate does not pass the probation period for reasons on their part, we conduct replacement recruitment at no additional cost. We respect our clients' budgets, so every zloty spent at Mosty Zarządzania must have justification in improving your team's efficiency. If you are more than 21 days late with a payment, we have the right to stop work on your project until the arrears are settled.
5. Copyright and confidentiality
In the IT industry, code is sacred, and for us, data from your company is sacred. Everything you tell us during an audit or workshops stays between us. Our final reports (those 14 pages) are your property and you can use them as you wish inside your organization. However, the Mosty Zarządzania methodology, proprietary KPI sheets, and leadership training programs are protected by copyright. You may not resell or publish them as your own without our consent.
We work on specifics. During audits, we collect anonymous employee opinions. We guarantee them full anonymity – it's the only way to pull out the true reasons why people are fleeing to the competition. We will never reveal which developer said what, even if you ask. This is the foundation of our effectiveness and we make no exceptions to this rule. Employee trust is key for the success of changes in company culture.
6. Responsibility
We provide tools, knowledge, and people, but you manage your company. We do not take responsibility for business losses resulting from your decisions made based on our reports. Our recommendations are based on data from 143 implementations and current market analysis in Wroclaw, but business is always a risk. We do not guarantee that after implementing KPIs turnover will drop to zero – we guarantee, however, that you will know exactly why people stay or leave.
Our financial liability is limited to the amount of remuneration you paid for a given stage of the project. We are not responsible for errors in code committed by engineers we recruited, nor for system failures during the implementation of metrics. We are advisors and partners, not a managing body in your structure. We operate reliably, but the final decisions about dismissals, promotions, or changes in the technical stack belong to you.
7. Termination of cooperation
Each party can resign from cooperation with the notice period specified in the contract (usually 14 or 30 days). However, if you flagrantly violate the rules, e.g., do not pay two invoices in a row or act to the detriment of Mosty Zarządzania's reputation, we can terminate the contract with immediate effect. In such a case, we settle for all work performed until the project end date.
If it is us who do not deliver the promised report on time and it does not result from your delays, you have the right to request a price reduction or refund of the advance for a given stage. We are human and know that fires happen in IT, but we always play with open cards. If something goes wrong, Marek Sadowski calls you immediately, and not after a week of silence. We part in a civilized way, handing over all documentation developed so far.
8. Law and disputes
All our contracts are subject to Polish law. If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve over coffee at the office on Świdnicka St., the matter will be resolved by the court competent for Mosty Zarządzania's headquarters in Wroclaw. Before we get there, however, we always propose mediation. In years of operation, only once have we had to use the help of lawyers – we prefer to spend energy on building teams that deliver, rather than on legal pleadings.
These regulations may change, as the IT market in Wroclaw and Krakow evolves dynamically. We will inform you of any important change by email or via an announcement on the site. If after the change of regulations you continue to use our services, it means you accept the new rules.
