Agata has been working at Mosty Zarządzania since February 2019. During this time, she has closed 87 recruitment processes for technical positions, with an average time to hire of 22 business days. At our office at Świdnicka St., she is responsible for ensuring every new developer knows what they need to deliver from day one. Agata believes that HR without the fluff is the only way to retain talent in a company for more than a year. In 2023, the retention rate in the teams she built was 94.6%. Her work starts with an audit of the board's needs. Agata often says straight out that a client's budget is 12% too low relative to the market, instead of wasting time looking for someone who doesn't exist. She relies on KPIs tailored to code – metrics must be clear for the developer and profitable for the company. If a recruitment process gets stuck, Agata finds the bottleneck within 3 hours and suggests a strategy change.
Before joining Mosty Zarządzania, she managed HR in a software house where in 14 months she expanded the team from 18 to 53 people. (She is brutally honest if she sees that the work culture in a company scares off good specialists). Thanks to her, our clients avoid errors that cost an average of 34,000 PLN for one failed recruitment.
Outside of work, Agata analyzes marathon statistics.
