HR without the fluff and unnecessary theories

Ewa Jasińska joined Mosty Zarządzania in March 2019. Over the past years, she has helped 23 technology companies from Lower Silesia sort out the chaos in their HR. She doesn't believe in fruit Thursdays or empty motivational slogans. She prefers clear Excel tables and specific work metrics that deliver results instead of empty promises. She has been in the HR industry for over 12 years, and her foundation is hard data analytics.

In 2023, she implemented a proprietary evaluation system in a software house employing 64 people. As a result, the ticket closing time was shortened by 14.7% within one quarter. Ewa knows that developers need facts, not conversations about emotions that don't affect code quality. Her KPI systems are always tailored to the specifics of the technologies the team works in, whether it's Java or React.

Through years of work, she has seen hundreds of wrong hires that cost company owners a fortune. The average cost of a bad hire in IT, which she calculated for our clients, is 43,280 PLN. Ewa helps cut this risk almost to zero. She honestly says when a candidate doesn't fit the puzzle, even if they have a great CV. She relies on facts and hard verification of technical competencies combined with a fit for the work culture.

She specializes in tools such as Jira and Linear but looks at them through the prism of people, not just burndown charts. In October 2024, she saved a project for an e-commerce client where a conflict between the Product Owner and the backend team had been blocking releases for 7 weeks. She introduced simple communication rules and the team moved forward in just 12 business days.

Privately, Ewa lives in Wroclaw's Krzyki district and starts every day at 6:14 AM with black coffee without sugar. At work, she doesn't use difficult words or corporate jargon. If something can be explained in two short sentences, she doesn't write a three-page report. This saves management's time and allows for a focus on what actually brings the company profit.

She also conducts workshops for boards, where she teaches how to talk to developers without the fluff. Her method is based on pure practice developed in Wroclaw offices and during remote work with distributed teams. She doesn't promise miracles, but she guarantees that after her audit you will know exactly where money is leaking in your HR department.

Heads-up: Ewa doesn't answer phones on Mondays between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. During this time, she does a deep review of indicators for Mosty Zarządzania's current clients. Outside these hours, she replies to messages in an average of 38 minutes.
