HR without the fluff starts with numbers

Marek founded Mosty Zarządzania in September 2016 in Wroclaw. He did it after 11 years of working as a project manager and operations director in two large software houses. There he saw hundreds of hours wasted in meetings that brought nothing. That's why with us, he focuses on facts instead of theory. In 2023, Marek personally conducted 23 audits in companies employing from 34 to 87 developers. Each of these projects started with a simple question: how much money are you losing because people don't know exactly what they are responsible for?

His approach is simple. If a KPI doesn't fit the code, then it should be thrown out. Marek doesn't believe in fruit Thursdays as a cure for employee departures. Instead, he implements metrics that allow catching burnout 3 months before a developer hands in their resignation. On average, in the companies he worked with in the last quarter, turnover fell by 9.4% within the first 180 days of cooperation. These are real savings visible in the Excel sheet at the end of the year.

Privately, Marek is a fan of classic cars and has been restoring a 1984 Volvo for 3 years. He claims that an internal combustion engine is like an IT team — if one element doesn't keep the rhythm, the whole machine loses power.
