I have been in the technology industry since March 2011. I started as a Project Manager, where for 6 years I managed a team of 14 developers in a Krakow software house. There I felt firsthand how nonsensical tables and poorly selected metrics can kill motivation in one quarter. I joined Mosty Zarządzania in February 2019 to teach companies how to organize work without corporate jargon.

My method of work is simple: less theory, more data. So far, I have helped 19 IT companies from Wroclaw and the surrounding areas escape organizational chaos. On average, in the teams I have trained, task delivery time was shortened by 14.3% in the first six months. I don't promise miracles, but I guarantee systems that developers understand and accept.

I conduct workshops for boards and Tech Leads. So far, I have completed 84 training sessions, each of which ends with a ready-made list of changes to implement the next day. I focus on ensuring that HR in IT is not just for fruit Thursdays but really supports the business. If KPIs are dead in your company, we will revive them in 4 weeks.
Why is it worth talking to me?
To be honest, I am not a coach of motivational slogans. If you're looking for someone to pat you on the back and say everything is great, that's not me. I point out errors in processes because that's the only way to fix them. My approach is based on facts and hard data from Jira or GitLab. P.S. My coffee always goes cold on my desk because I'd rather focus on solving the problem than on breaks.
